Account and registration

To reset your rajalaba password, open the login page and tap "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address or username. We send a password-reset link to your registered email within five minutes. Click the link and enter a new password (minimum eight characters). Your new password takes effect immediately. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder — sometimes password-reset messages get filtered. If the link expires (after two hours), request a new one. Once you have reset your password, log in with your username and new credentials. If you still cannot access your account after resetting, contact support via in-app chat during business hours — we can verify your identity and help restore access.

Our rajalaba KYC process requires two documents: a government-issued ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address (utility bill from the last three months, government letter, or rental agreement). Upload clear photos of both documents inside the rajalaba app. We verify your identity against government records within one business day. Once approved, you can place bets and request withdrawals. If your documents are rejected (for example, if the photo is blurry or the address does not match your account name), you receive a notification in the app explaining the issue. You can resubmit corrected documents immediately. Do not submit forged or altered documents — we report fraudulent submissions to relevant authorities and close your account permanently.

rajalaba encrypts all personal data (ID documents, proof of address, payment details, and transaction history) using end-to-end encryption. Your password is hashed and never stored in plaintext. We comply with data protection standards for payment processing and account security. Your rajalaba account is protected by a password and optional two-factor authentication (2FA). We recommend enabling 2FA in your account settings — if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without the 2FA code. We do not share your personal information with third parties except where required by law (for example, to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations or fraud investigations). rajalaba support is available via in-app chat Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM Indonesia time. During business hours, our team aims to respond to in-app chat messages within two hours. For email inquiries, response target is within two business days. Urgent account issues (suspected unauthorized access, account freezing, blocked withdrawals) get escalated to our compliance team — response target for escalations is within two business hours during business hours or first thing the next business day if submitted after hours. On weekends and public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Imlek), support is not available — your messages are queued and answered first thing on the next business day. We do not provide telephone support or 24/7 chat.

Payments and transactions

rajalaba supports all four major Indonesian banks via virtual account (VA) deposit. When you select online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment during deposit, we generate a unique virtual account number linked to your rajalaba account. Transfer the deposit amount to that VA number from your own bank account (using mobile banking, ATM, or bank branch). The transfer typically takes five to thirty minutes to appear in your rajalaba account — bank processing times vary. Once confirmed, your deposit balance updates immediately and you can place bets. Virtual accounts remain active for your account until you close it, so you can use the same VA number for future deposits. If you transfer to the wrong VA, or if your transfer does not arrive after one hour, contact support with your transfer confirmation number and the bank's reference ID. rajalaba withdrawal requests are processed on weekdays (Monday–Friday) between 9 AM and 6 PM Indonesia time. If you submit a withdrawal on a Friday at 5 PM, it enters the queue and is processed first thing Monday morning. Once approved, we send funds to your chosen payment method (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank VA) within one business day. Most withdrawals arrive within two to four hours after processing; bank VA transfers may take longer depending on your bank's overnight processing schedule. Your rajalaba app shows a status tracker: "Pending," "Approved," "Processing," or "Complete." If a withdrawal is rejected (for example, due to mismatched account names or payment details), you get a notification in the app. You can resubmit with corrected details or contact support to clarify the issue.

rajalaba supports eight deposit and withdrawal methods: mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment virtual account, e-wallet virtual account, mobile banking virtual account, and local payment virtual account. All eight methods work for both deposit and withdrawal. Choose online payment if you prefer e-wallet speed — funds arrive within five minutes. Choose e-wallet if you want to scan a code at any participating merchant. Choose a bank VA (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) if you want to transfer directly from your bank account. During Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, some payment processors may experience delays — we recommend confirming withdrawal timing in advance if the holiday falls near your requested date. rajalaba accepts deposits on weekends via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment — e-wallet and online payment transfers process immediately. Bank virtual account (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) deposits on weekends are queued and processed Monday morning. rajalaba withdrawal requests submitted on weekends are queued until Monday 9 AM when processing opens. Once the withdrawal is approved (usually within a few hours on Monday), funds are sent to your payment method within one business day. If you need urgent weekend access to funds, use an e-wallet deposit in advance — rajalaba accepts e-wallet withdrawals as soon as processing opens Monday morning.

Games and markets

rajalaba does not offer a demo or free-play mode for betting markets or live tables. You must register, verify your identity (KYC), and fund your account to place bets on Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, or live-dealer games. rajalaba also does not offer play-money accounts or simulated trading. However, our platform displays all odds, market rules, and settlement timelines in plain language before you place a bet — you can read the rules and review odds without placing real money at risk. If a Liga 1 or other football match is postponed on the original scheduled date, rajalaba bets placed on that match remain open until the match is replayed. Once the match takes place on the new date, all bets settle according to the actual result. If a match is permanently cancelled and not rescheduled (for example, due to severe weather or emergency), rajalaba voids all bets on that match and returns your stake to your account balance. We settle the refund within one business day. If the match is abandoned mid-game and official league rules declare the result, we settle according to the official outcome. rajalaba operates a loyalty programme based on your total betting activity over a calendar month. As you place bets on football, live tables, and slots, you accumulate loyalty points. The more you bet, the more points you earn — rajalaba converts points into account credits (bonus balance) or other benefits at the end of each month. Your loyalty tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum) is determined by your point total. Higher tiers unlock benefits such as faster withdrawal processing or bonus points on deposits. Your current tier and point balance are displayed in your rajalaba account dashboard. Loyalty points expire if your account is inactive for six months. Security and compliance

rajalaba uses encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS) for all account activity, so your login credentials and payment details are protected even on public WiFi. However, we recommend using private WiFi or mobile data whenever possible to reduce exposure. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your rajalaba account settings — if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without your 2FA code. Do not share your password, 2FA codes, or account details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support via in-app chat or email within two business hours. We can freeze your account pending investigation and restore your funds if fraud is confirmed.
